Usage:
ObjectTemplate.SetFloatMaxLift

Argument values:
argument 1: | range is 1.6275 to 9; most commonly 6 |
Description: This property is set for ships in their Physics.con files. It sets the maximum lift a floater can exert, compared to gravity (i.e., the speed at which a floater can drop). This value is identical to SetFloatMinLift for most ships except the submarine, which can indeed go up and down. It is also set differently for the middle floater in the PT boats in the Philippines battle, giving them a bounce.
