HasOnTimeEffect Property

Usage:
   ObjectTemplate.HasOnTimeEffect boolean

Argument values:

argument 1:    0, 1; most commonly 0

Description: This property enables or disables the TimeToLive property, which is used to trigger an effect when time runs out.

Used in object types (and how often in each type): ClusterProjectile (100%), Projectile (41%)
