SetMinDev Property

Usage:
   ObjectTemplate.SetMinDev number

Argument values:

argument 1:    range is 0.05 to 15.0; most commonly 0.75

Description: The minimum amount of deviation (in degrees) a weapon has. Acts as a starting value for all deviation settings.

Used in object types (and how often in each type): FireArms (19%), HandFireArms (46%)

Used in a total of 70 .con files: Objects.con, Weapons.con
